Multiple billboard companies posted an FBI Wanted Alert on digital billboards in several northeastern states.  The billboards included a composite sketch of the suspect along with a website and tip line phone number.  The billboards were posted on Monday, February 28th.  The tip that lead to his arrest was called in to that phone number the very same day!
